
Meet Ashley Chavez
Ashley combines the wise sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda to deliver an approachable and authentic practice. She guides her students on an inner journey to explore the breadth of Vedic wellness systems through their own hearts, minds and bodies. Ashley has been teaching yoga and serving her community as an Ayurvedic chef and nutrition wellness educator since 2016. Her down-to-earth approach to health welcomes anyone to return to a state of wholeness. Her goal is to inspire people to awaken to their inner healers, encourage a transformed relationship with one’s well-being, and gracefully blast through limited beliefs by providing simple yet effective tools that actually stick.

Together we will skim the surface of the ocean of Ayurveda. We will cover foundations of this nature-based health system, leaving you with a general understanding of Ayurveda, and how it relates to your yoga practice and daily habits. Ayurveda is not another trending fad diet, but rather a whole-istic approach to health and daily living. Ashley loves to debunk any misconceptions about Vedic wellness systems, as she thinks they should be made realistic and implementable for the modern folk, while upholding its authenticity. We will emphasize Ayurveda’s importance and function specifically in relation to yoga and nutrition. This is an educational and immersive workshop, as its wisdom will be applied in a Tridoshic yoga flow led by Ashley. You will discover what your Ayurvedic constitution is, and leave with a shared awareness of how to find and maintain balance through various stages and seasons of life. Spring is an effective season to emphasize Ayurvedic rituals.

Together we will revamp your entire kitchen and Ayurvedacize it. We’ll go through your pantry, refrigerator, freezer, spice and bulk section, clearing out any lifeless food, making space for new prana-rich foods. We’ll reorganize kitchen in a way that makes you feel inspired to cook and embody a healthy lifestyle. We’ll touch on Ayurvedic food, nutrition and cooking. You’ll leave with a general understanding of basic do’s and dont’s in the Ayurvedic kitchen as well as a restored awareness around practical health and wellbeing. Each client receives a hard copy of Clean Nature’s book, Nourishing the Way to Wholeness.
