Jennifer Matli
Jen a strategic business consultant with fifteen years of experience in management consulting focused on business strategy, planning, and strategic execution. She is a California native who earned her undergrad degree at the University of California, San Diego and her Master’s at Johns Hopkins University before returning to the West Coast and dipping her toe in the water with Project Management for five years in San Francisco before making the leap into Management Consulting.
She has consulted for large corporations and 2-person start-up ventures and all sizes in between, and has launched and managed a wine brokerage in South America, a coffee shop in Northern California, and two business consulting firms – on in San Francisco and one in Vancouver, Canada.
Jen is also a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and a RYT 200 yoga instructor, and enjoys bringing this clarity and creativity into her consulting endeavors. In her spare time sits on the Planning Committee for the Vancouver International Wine Festival, teaches yoga (RYT 200), judges wines and spirits, and leans into mentoring start-up’s through entrepreneurship@UBC and business women through Women in Wine Oregon.
